Ms. Alice Opelo Khumomatlhare is a seasoned HR executive with over 24 years of expertise in human resources management, specializing in HR strategies, change management, and creating a collaborative work culture. As the Chief Human Capital Officer at MDCB, Alice drives the development and implementation of people strategies.

Alice has led transformative HR initiatives, including crafting MDCB’s Remuneration Framework and overseeing employee engagement strategies. She is known for aligning HR practices with organizational goals and fostering a high-performance culture.

Alice holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration (HR Stream) from the University of Botswana and is certified in various HR methodologies, including the Prosci ADKAR change model. She is currently pursuing HR Strategic Leadership certification with the Academy to Innovate HR.
