It is the intention of the Minerals Development Company Botswana (Pty) Ltd to place a contract with the bidder stated above after the lapse of the ten (10) day cooling-off period from the date of issuance of this notice.
Issuance of this notice does not constitute acceptance of the bid described above or the formation of a contract.
Bid acceptance and contract placement shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act (2021).
