Mr. Geoffrey Mahlaka is a qualified attorney with extensive experience in corporate governance, risk management, and compliance. With over 21 years of service across banking, public, and mining sectors, Geoffrey currently serves as the Chief Governance Officer at MDCB.

He has played key roles in various organizations, including serving as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Deputy Board Chairman at BITRI. His qualifications span multiple disciplines, from risk management to business sustainability.

Geoffrey holds an LL.B from the University of Botswana and an Executive MBA from Botswana Open University. He is certified in Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance and holds memberships in various international organizations.
