Mr. Modise Boikanyo Mokone "Dice"

Mr. Modise Mokone is a seasoned investment professional with over 15 years of experience. Currently, he serves as the Chief Investment Officer at MDCB, overseeing strategic investment decisions and ensuring value creation across multiple sectors, including mining, healthcare, and education. 

Modise has held senior roles, including leading the Investment Division at Botswana Development Corporation (BDC), where he managed deals worth over P500 million across Southern Africa. He has also held the position of Head of Structured Finance at CEDA, contributing significantly to private equity and venture capital functions.

Modise has served on several boards, including Sechaba Breweries Holdings and Kamoso Africa, where his leadership has been instrumental in driving organizational growth and strategic partnerships.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Banking, Finance, and Risk Management from Griffith University, Australia, and is pursuing advanced certifications, including an executive leadership program at GIBS.
