Mr. Molatlhegi Benjamin Mosigi is a seasoned Mining Technician and Exploration Geologist with over 35 years of hands-on experience in mineral exploration across Southern Africa, Australia, and the United Kingdom. His career spans both government service and private consultancy, with a specialized focus on base metals and diamond exploration.

Throughout his career, Ben has held key leadership roles including Exploration Manager and Technical Director for multiple mining companies. He is known for his strategic oversight of exploration programmes, guiding technical teams and shaping resource development initiatives in the diamond and base metal sectors.

Ben has collaborated extensively with German and Russian experts on international exploration projects, many of which have culminated in notable publications in the geoscience community. His expertise and global engagement reflect a deep commitment to advancing sustainable and scientifically rigorous mineral exploration.
