Ms. Esther Norris is an accomplished corporate affairs leader with over 26 years of experience in strategic communications, government relations, and stakeholder management. She leads corporate affairs at MDCB, focusing on enhancing the company’s reputation and driving successful engagement with key stakeholders.

Esther has led branding and communications initiatives for Botswana Investment and Trade Centre (BITC), where she boosted Botswana's international presence. She has also held significant roles at Barclays Bank Botswana, Debswana, and BTC, driving corporate governance and crisis management strategies.

Her leadership extends to positions like Deputy Chairperson at the Botswana Communications Regulatory Authority. Esther has represented Botswana at global forums such as the Mining Indaba and JCK Diamond Show, further showcasing her international impact.

Esther holds an MSc in Strategic Management from the University of Derby, UK, and has completed executive leadership programs at Park Li Group and Stellenbosch University.
